Before you begin troubleshooting, make sure you are aware of the email associated with your account. To confirm this, you can look through your email history to see emails from the Stock Simulator from the past.
If you believe you are using the correct email address. associated with your account and are still not receiving emails, it may be one of the two reasons:
- You may have unsubscribed from all Investopedia emails.
- Your email server might've rejected our emails. This sometimes happens with school or company email addresses for security purposes.
NOTE: Be sure to add no-reply@auth.investopedia.com as a contact to ensure you receive important emails in the future.
