If you need log in assistance, you can email simsupport@investopedia.com. Please allow up to two business days for a response. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
I'm not receiving the email. What do I do?
Please make sure you have no-reply@auth.investopedia.com added to your contacts. This will ensure the email gets delivered and doesn't get flagged to spam. If that still isn't working, please email simsupport@investopedia.com.
How do I verify my email?
If you are new to the Stock Simulator, you will be required to verify your email when setting up your account. You will receive an automated message from no-reply@auth.investopedia.com, which will include a time-sensitive link to e-mail address verification. If the link doesn't work anymore, simply go back to investopedia.com/simulator and enter your email address again to have it resent.
I don't have access to the email I originally used to register for the Stock Simulator. How do I access my account now?
If you signed up using your school or work email and don't have access to it anymore, we recommend creating a new account with your personal email instead.
What should I do if my account previously had a password?
There is nothing needed on your side. When we made the switch to passwordless sign in, your existing passwords were removed and deleted from your account.
Are there other options if I don’t want to use passwordless login to access my account?
We only offer passwordless login for Investopedia.
