How do I reset my portfolio?
You may reset your portfolio for a specific Game only if the Game rules allow for it, which are set up by the Game admin. If it's allowed, then the portfolio can be reset by going to the 'Games' tab > 'My Games' section > Locate the specific game > Click on 'Reset portfolio' under actions.
How do I delete a game?
If you're a game player, you can leave a game. However, if you are a game admin, you currently cannot delete a game.
How do I see corporate action history?
These actions are currently unavailable, and our team is working on updating our new Simulator to include these features in the near future.
Can I trade in stocks listed on exchanges other than the NYSE and NASDAQ?
The Stock Simulator currently supports only two exchanges at this time.
Can I trade in FX (foreign exchange), stock futures, and commodities?
The Stock Simulator currently supports stocks, options, ETFs, and select cryptocurrencies.
Why aren’t my orders being fulfilled?
Please wait 20-30 minutes for your order to fulfill. Your order will not fulfill after market hours or on U.S. bank holidays.
Where can I go to report bugs?
The best place to create a ticket for Sim support is by select the 'Support' button at the bottom right corner of the Portfolio or Account page and select Investopedia Simulator. Please submit a ticket only if there are bugs that are not covered in the FAQs, such as missing corporate actions or bugs impacting your ability to make trades or login. Please note: due to the volume of requests, we may not be able to respond to everyone individually.
