How to Delete Your Account
To proceed with your account deletion request, please visit our privacy portal via OneTrust and submit your request by filling out the Data Access or Deletion Request Form. You will be asked to verify your identity and specify your data privacy needs. Please note that all your games and trade history will also be deleted if you are using Sim. If you are a Sim user, make sure to select "Email Newsletter Subscriber" and "Website Visitor or Mobile App User."

Why am I still able to log in if I deleted my account?
We process account deletions based on the email provided in the opt out form. If you don't know which email is tied your username or you no longer have access to that email to verify account ownership, please email support@investopedia.com and we will forward along your request.
Why do I still receive newsletters if I deleted my account?
The newsletter subscriptions are separate from user access to Simulator. Please resubmit the Data Access or Deletion Request Form and make sure to select "Email Newsletter Subscriber" and "Website Visitor or Mobile App User."
